All Sales Final

All purchases from Velvet Hammer Luxury are final. Because every item is one-of-a-kind and pre-owned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review all photos, condition notes, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Authenticity

Every piece in our collection is hand-selected and evaluated for authenticity prior to listing. Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) are included where available and will be noted directly in the product listing. We do not assert authentication on accessories unless a COA or verifiable provenance is present.

Condition Disclosures

We provide detailed, honest condition notes for every item. Condition is assessed on a scale from Pristine to Well-Loved, and all visible wear, hardware patina, or imperfections are documented in the listing description and photography. What you see is what you get.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package has been handed off.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
